Threw a couple nice thick steaks on the grill a couple days ago. These were the best I've had in awhile. Nothing fancy. On the grill with a couple pieces of hickory for smoke.

That's my favorite way of eating a steak. I've been to high end steakhouses. But I'll take a good kettle BBQ'd steak and be happier.
