Well Dave...I had the youtube video I got the idea from saved on my computer, but I lost the link when my computer crashed in december. Trying to find it on youtube again but no luck.

Didn't dawn on me it was a "mill" for breaking up stuff... Never heard of a chain mill... Now I know.... Thanks....

Similar, but mine is made from a 1/2" shaft 3' long and uses a 5 gallon plastic bucket for the drum... I use a drill with a rheostat switch to control it. I have a mesh screen that is interchangeable for particle size.
