Doing some flank jerky on my MAK today for a small overnighter trip to Lancaster County. Made my normal hillbilly jerky. You can add anything to this. I put 1/2 tsp cure #1 into the one cup water. Want a little heat so i added 1 Tbs red pepper flakes. Got the flank all sliced. Reveo ready to spin. Did 2x at 20 mins. Draining. Put the strips on some racks ready for MAK Going to give the strips around 2-3 hours with hickory. Control set to smoke.
