Made a curing chamber out of an old fridge - trouble?

The freezer compartment condenses into the chamber below - has anyone turned an old, over/under style fridge into a curing chamber and had this same problem? Or any ideas on how to cure (haha) this problem?

I have one. I use a dehumidifier. Works well I think.

I don't understand your statement? are you saying the defrost water is leaking into the fresh food section? if so give me the model # and I might be able to tell you how to correct that

Not sure if it's defrost water or what. It's an old Frigidaire, photo of the sticker below: I hope you can read it!
