You know folks, seems like I never get lucky and find meat on sale anymore.  Those price reductions are normally during the week and typically I'm a long way from home. I travel T to T,  ....You old road warriors know what that means...

Anywho, on Friday I found boneless chuck as 2.50 per pound!  Time to stock up!

However I didn't leave the store before I also bought a trimmed brisket flat at $3.65 a pound (gulp) ( Next week it will be a corned beef!)

But as for those Chuckies. They have a date with the LEM!
