Done a few smokes of St.Louis ribs now on my Rec Tec but I'm not really satisfied with the amount of smoke flavor in the finished product. Was thinking of trying my next batch at 180°-200° for a couple hours then cranking it up to 260°+ till finish. Anyone's thoughts on this?

I think you'll want to pickup an additional smoke generating device to add more smoke flavor.
