I have an old commercial meat cooler that measure aprox 4ft×4ft×5ft tall. I plan on smoking at temps from 140-160 smoking bacons and country cured hams. Im am putting a Smoke Daddy cold smoker on it for smoke but I am looking for recommendations on an electric element to put in the bottom with a thermostat.
 
You can purchase an element and analog controller from SmokinTex or Smokin-it. As an aside, Smokin-it also has their own stainless steel cold smoke generator.
