Put a ham on this morn around 7, fired up my amps and have not gone back out there since. the bottom number is the temp in my smoker and the top number

is the IT of the ham..gonna apply glaze at 135 and pull at 144 or so...
 
I did have one probe go bad after about three months after purchase and the replaced it. in fact since i bought it in year 2017 it has a life time warranty on the probes..I think i heard they have since changed it to one year...
 
I have the same one . I need to call them , had a probe go bad . I agree , I like it .

Did you just e mail them ? I bought mine in 2017 . I still have the order number .

I did email them but did not have my receipt. when i got that to them, also by email, they sent me a new one the next week. i think there is a number you can call them direct on. someone here probably has it. good luck, good smoking. jb

Al, thanks for asking. it turned out so good i going to get another one today and smoke it up for my neighbors. i used bear's recipe with a little twist using my own glaze.
