Been grilling with propane for probably 5 years then Sears went out of business in my town last year, so I snatched up an entry propane smoker from Masterbuilt. After a couple of tries, I got the St. Louis style rib recipe that I had gotten good at on the grill nailed. now I am trying other meats, woods, marinades. I just bought an injector because the wife wants me to try injected cuts of chicken, pork, beef, and turkey for the Super Bowl. Good thing I like playing around with this stuff huh? Anyway I found this forum and have been poking around it for a couple of hours and I like what I see. To make a long story short (too late) I am dang glad to be here.
