We wanted some pulled pork...to restock the freezer for busy weekdays.
I had three shoulder/butt pieces from a pig half i bought earlier this year.
As i smoke them on the OK highland that would leave some unused space. So i pulled some ribs and a piece of ham (Uncured) out of the freezer.
The piece on the right is actually the collar muscle.
Some time.later the ribs and the ham were done.
Some fresh romano beans were also finishing in the slow cooker - tuscan style.
