I've been reading the forums for a while and finally joined after buying my 1st smoker, a WSM. So far Ive done a brisket, a couple of chickens and going to attempt a pork butt tomorrow morning. The brisket was pretty good, the chickens were bad... not sure where I went wrong. I'm doing lots of reading on the boston butt though, so hopefully I won't screw it up
My new neighbor moved here (Pittsburgh, PA) from Texas, so of course he has a smoker, so then of course after having some of his brisket, I had to get a smoker too.
