i cook with pellet smokers but i am wanting a stick burner. i live in a part of the country that there aren't any builders. so, i have a fab buddy that can build but i need a plan to get started.
Just want to let you know, I moved your thread over to the "Smoker Builds" forum, I think you wll get a lot more exposure to the topic over here. Roll Call is pretty much just for introductions so when you get a minute go back to Roll Call and tell us a little about yourself so we can give you a big SMF Welcome! Thanks!
Round works better, trust me, unless your doing a very large diameter, the shape of the rectangle works against you. Easier to fabricate a round or square cooking chamber.
i'm wanting to do a 30" diameter. i figured it would give me more rack space with a 30"x60".if i don't do a 30"x60" i would do 26"x72" with just a single rack. what's your thoughts? i was also going to attach my drawings but it says i don't have permission. how do i get permission?
