My office is holding the "annual" Christmas decorating work/party Friday. We are a small office, I have asked around and sweets seem to be what everyone is making.

I have Thursday evening to prep and smoke anything. I bring it Friday morning.

I have been thinking of doing a store bought kielbasa. If I do a kielbasa, I was thinking about making cuts into the meat to absorb the smoke.

Thoughts?

Suggestions?

Thanks,

Greg

If there are no religious issues then a Boston Butt or even a couple of chuck roasts might be nice and they're pretty inexpensive to boot.
