Hi All, new to the site and this is my first post. I've been using a large Big Green Egg for about 5 years. Food always comes out great, problem is I can't make a ton of it at once.

I'm looking for something bigger where I can do a brisket, pork butt and ribs at the same time. Also, with two young kids I'm looking for something a little less hands on. Was looking at the Cookshack (SM045), Smokin Tex and Smokin-It electric smokers. Then read on another site about how you don't get much of a bark or smoke ring with these smokers. Also, they said flavor is not as good (but still pretty good). So I then started looking at the pellet smokers. The problem is most of the ones in a reasonable size and price range are combo grills and smokers. I would love a pellet smoker roughly the size of the Cookshack SM045 electric smoker but I can't find one. The FEC100 is too big and way too expensive. Anybody have any ideas? Also, should I still consider the electric smokers? thanks in advance!

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a nice chilly sunny day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
