Saw on a post this site from Martin, of diggingdogfarm.com who had a really neat cure calculator. I have used it a lot for dry and wet brine's.

Lately it seem his site down or contested in ant event his calculator that he had on the site is no longer available.

So my question is there another site that has someting like his?

Does any one have contact with him or know whats going on?

Hopefully he will see this post and respond.

I do so hope that he gets it back on line.

If you have a calculator, for most all meats, add 1.1 gram per pound of cure #1.....  or 0.25%....   white sugar, add 1%....   Kosher salt, add 1.75%-2.5%....
