My wife seen something the other day about a bacon wrapped turkey that had been rubbed under the skin with some sort of her butter...anyone have any recipes for this?
Herb Butter
3 sticks of softened butter
1/4C Montreal Chicken Spice
2T each fresh Sage and Rosemary, minced
1T each fresh Thyme and Lemon Thyme, minced
Mix all well and rub under and atop the skin of the bird
Used leftover to baste the bird once during smoking
