I live in Tampa Florida and have been riding around looking for a welder that would build me a smoker, im hoping someone in this forum living in the Tampa bay area can point me in the right direction. I would greatly appreciate it

I wanted to say thank you to everyone for the information i ran into a buddy of mine who will lend me his welder to build my own, now i just have to figure out a good plan to build it and mount it on the back of my foodtruck
 
I assume you will be powering the smoke with propane?  You couldn't modify an existing one to fit your needs?

I have been looking for one that i can use but i have not been able to find one locally and i amnot comfortable ordering one online and it not being something i can use
