Looking for a brisket in So-Cal

Hello,

I want to try a brisket but I'm having trouble finding one. Costco had a couple without the fat cap. I was trying to find one with the fat cap on. Any help would be great.

I live in the L.A./  Ventura county area

You can get a full packer at any Smart N Final. Right now, I think they are going for $1.99/lb.

If you have a Restaurant Depot near you they also carry them - I have also found going to a butcher shop to be a great source - look in the yellow pages
