Gonna try to do this next weekend but it may be tough. Helping my 87 year old neighbor throw a neighbor hood night out type party, he wanted one last hurah party and asked me an my other neighbor for help.  So I am doing 5 pork shoulders on my Memphis Elite Friday night into Saturday for a group of 70 ish.  Will post some pics in the pellet section.
