Originally from St Louis. I worked for Super Smokers for a few years, my dad runs a BBQ place in Southern Missouri. I was brought up on pork steaks and BBQ pig snoots. I relocated to central FL about 20 years ago and currently using a MES 130 for my smokes. I figured it was time I said thanks to all of the knowledge and friendly folks here. Looking forward to sharing some of my own recipes and pics of some tasty grub.
