Long time reader, first time poster

  1. Been using an offset for about 4 years now. 2 years on a Charbroil. Moved up to an Oklahoma Joe when my buddy replaced it with a Traeger. Big fan of the site, as it answered lots of questions and give tons of ideas. 

    Pork Butts are what I cook most. 

    My wife often complains of living in a "Meat Brothel"....never complains about eating it though.
