Gravity 800 heat up time

Hi all,
I have an Masterbuilt Gravity 800 that is about 6 years old. I have some L.S.S. mods and last year I changed over to a Fireboard 2 control. Recently it has been taking upwards of 30-40 minutes to reach 180ish. This has been a paternity for the last several cooks.
Any ideas on what could be going on? Much thanks in advance.

Oh yeah, the fan speed is set at 100% onthe Fireboard Drive 2.

I have one of those and I the only two things I can think of is that there is either something blocking the hopper to the manifold, or the gauge is off. I wish I had a better answer!
