Long Time Lurker, First Time Poster (take two)

I have been using this forum for a while for reality checks prior to beginning a new smoke. I got a Weber bullet this past summer. I live were it snows and am a 12 month BBQ/Smoker. Looking forward to the sub-freezing smokes. I posted a few photos under my profile, more to come.
