I'm baaaack!!!
With the recent hurricane and the colder weather starting to creep up on us. I thought it would be a perfect time to have an end-of-the-season throw down. I'm hoping this one will be simple enough for everyone to participate in while also giving folks a break from reality.
Like I mentioned, it is nearing the end-of-the-Q'ing-season for us igloo people, and the folks in the southern part of the country have been thru or going thru a living hell. So for this throw-down I want to keep it as simple as possible.
Ladies and gentleman the theme for this throw-down is:
For this throw-down. The only requirements are that your entry be either grilled or smoked. It can be a whole bird, bird parts, ducks, chickens, geese, turkey, boneless, bone-in anything fowl. Well not foul literally.

Entries must be submitted by midnight Sunday October 27th via a private message to me ( gmc2003 ). Any entries posted to the open forum, or my profile page will be automatically disqualified.
The codeword for this throw-down is: Poultry, and must be included in your submission picture on a had written piece of paper.
Now onto the Outstanding prize packages being offered:
First prize will be decided by our three member event judging committee and will consist of a 100.00 gift card from Porter Road. We've all seen the quality of their meats.
Second prize, will be decided by the open forum polling and will be a Thermapen.

TO SUBMIT A VALID ENTRY YOU MUST INCLUDE THE CODEWORD "Poultry" ON A SLIP OF PAPER AND INCLUDE IT IN YOUR PICTURE!!!!!!!!!
