Long time griller, new to smoking

I have been grilling for years and have been using a Weber gas grill for the last couple of years. I love it. However, I have recently retired and decided to try low and slow smoking and purchased a Bradley Digital smoker. I have made a few dishes with mostly good results but obviously have a lot to learn. That's the reason I joined this forum.

I live in the Canadian Rockies in the southeast corner of British Columbia. I hope to learn a lot from this forum about my new hobby.
