Long NEPA Drive

Left for PA on the 19th for my wifes 40th class reunion on the 21-22. After went up to the house in NEPA. Got the house ready for sale after forking out 5k for some contractor work thru the agent. She said yeah it hurts but the pool and entire deck needs to be removed. OUCH.

Got 18 tons of 3b stone being spread on the rd on the 5th, minor odds and ends to fix by the contractor. Hope it sells fast so we can be done with PA property and school tax.

I think i may have to go back up around the 11-12 to make sure things are going as per the contracts.

Here's wishing for a quick sale. It $ucks having to have work done while your not there to oversee it. Allot of good honest folks out there, but there are also allot of folks looking for an easy way out.

Yeah the contractor is PA licensed, bonded & insured. The agent works close with him.
We were going to just replace the pool liner, have it winterized and covered but the pool place wanted $5,500. Guess we are saving some and just having it removed.
