lonely rack of bb!

Home alone today and i wanted ribs so i threw on a rack of bb's (on sale for 2.99 a pound, real cheap for around here) used 2-1.5-1 method smoked at 230*

Looking good. I am home alone today too but the weather is soo windy, cold and rainy that I didn't smoke anything. Enjoy your ribs.

Now I can see that being home alone for you can be pretty productive for you. Now my days when I'm home alone usually brings alot of caughting up on sleep theses days. Nice job on the ribs they look wonderful.
