Dude, there are 18 total pieces on there some where. I cut them in half to ease in handling.

Looks good, what did you prep the meat with?
 
Carpetride, I rubbed the loins down with my homemade rib rub the night before and didn't get started cooking until about 2:30 the afternoon. Made for a late night by the time I let them cool and got them sliced, in the pan, and my mess more or less cleaned up. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food and had plenty of leftovers.
