Knocked this up out of 120 gallon tanks welded together.   Sorry my phone camera sucks. 







 Firebox is 1/4"

 Sorry Dave, too hard to explain to folks how to use a dual vent set up.   I used 2 vents as I had these small ones laying around the shop.


 Almost 72 years later the "little boy" returns.

Wow! Great craftsmanship!

I know close to nothing about offset smoker design other than what I have read here on this forum, but I have a silly question... Why is the stack on the same side as the fire box? Don't you want flow through it from one end to the other? I'm not seeing any baffles or anything like that.

It is a "Reverse flow smoker" ....  That is why the stack is on the same side as the firebox....
