Last month I cooked a bunch of stuff and vac sealed and put it in the freezer. Tonight was the end of the stash of pre smoked goodness. Pulled a pork tenderloin from the freezer before work this morning for tonight.
It's like Sunday supper on a Monday

Freezing for later is one thing I love to do.. Sure makes things easy some nights.. Thats a fine looking dinner!! Whats your preferred method of reheating ??

Typically I put it in a Ziploc bag and nuke it for about 30 sec to a minute at a time until I get it to the temp I want.

we are crazy for leftover from freezer. glad to have an organizational wife to keep track of it. we (I) make bacon 3-5 lbs at a time. Always have smoked butt and Brunswick stew, ropa vieja, and italian sauces in the freezer. Helps greatly when the "what's for supper" question is posed.

Looks mighty fine. Its great to be able to pull stuff out of the freezer for dinner on those crazy days when you really to busy to cook.

Can’t beat that meal!!
The tenderloin looks delicious!
Great job!
Gotta love those vac sealers!

I would have to say, about 70% of My meals are made with Leftovers.
Anybody who frequents my Threads can easily see that.
Two of the most important tools in my Kitchen are My Vacuum Sealer & My Microwave. I love them both!

Great looking meal!! One of our favorite meals is tenderloin stuffed with apple pie filling. Any filling that doesn't get used in stuffing is put in a foil plate and smoked along side the meat--delicious.
We love leftovers. They sure simplify the dreaded question that arises every day--"What should we have for supper tonight???"

Same way at our house, If I am going to start a fire I'm gonna fill it up and cook all day.

Nothing wrong with leftovers at al.
Great looking meal right there

David

Hadn't thought about stuffing with the apples. I use the same apples but have them on the side. How do you stuff it?
