Hi all,
Name is Fred! I am a member of the Canadian Navy and I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Long story short I was at a party last fall and tried brisket that was smoked all day. After the first bite I was sold! I am now in the process of building my own offset from a water tank. Did a lot of internet research on the subject but I have a lot of questions still! Looking forward to some interesting discussions! Cheers!
