I'm Bobby and live in central Louisiana. I have different animals and I'm planning to add hogs soon. I've alway done smoked meats in small pits but with hogs and salt box in the future I'm wanting to finally build a real smokehouse. I love some of the jobs y'all have done. They have given me tons of ideas to consider when doing my build.
