Damn It Man... Guess what showed up on my doorstep today... As I said earlier... "Bunch of Frick'n Enablers"

"WHOLLY CHITTT"... is what I said when I walked up on it at the front door... NEVER did I think it was going to be that big...

In comparison with my 5 lbr

I see a dislike already without taking it out of the box... You see the counter it's sitting on know... That's my work station... So when I set the stuffer with the backside to the edge (for clamping purposes), The tube pointing out to the right... That's going to put the control/s facing away from me... Obviously I am going by the picture on the box only as I haven't unpackaged yet...
I don't imagine the controller is reversable?
It sits backwards on my work space too. But once the speed is set all you need is the foot switch and use both hands to stuff. When you let off the foot switch the plunger will automatically back up just a whisker to take pressure off the can. Then when the can is empty the plunger automatically returns to the top. It took me a couple small runs to get used to it but I really like mine. Also the machine is fast so you will want the speed dial almost in the off position I mean just barely up from off. Once you get used to having control with the foot switch the process gets much more comfortable.

I’ll help anyway I can.

I will also add that I don’t really see a need to clamp mine down at all, and I do not clamp the 10# down. So you can really place the stuffer in another place running from right to left with no concern for clamping.

Got to try out the new 10# LEM motorized the last couple days. WOW, what a difference! Finnish Potato Sausage and Elk Summer Sausage.

Nice looking stuff right there...

I'm curious as I have not had a chance to unbox mine yet... Will the tubes from the 5lb (LEM) fit the 10 lb'r ?? As I have some homemade ones (Thanks boykjo boykjo ) that the 19 mm snack stick casings fit right on the tube without unraveling first...

No, they won’t fit. Base diameter is different.

10 lb'r is a bigger base ??
Larger diameter base on the stuffing horn. The 5# is 1-9/16 and the 10# is 2” all the electric stuffers share same stuffing tubes but the 5’s won’t fit they will slide right the the lock ring on the 10#
