Yes, LanceR is correct: I meant 5-pound stuffer. I am sorry for not being more clear in my previous post.
I can tell you that since I bought 20# electrical stuffer I processed 20 pounds of meat at once several times and every time it was quick and easy. In spite I don't process meat commercially and "sausage making" is just my hobby - I have no regrets I spent my money for this toy! So much fun to work with....
