Leftover Pulled Pork (Sammies)

This is what I like about Pork Butts & Chuck Roasts——Leftovers for Sammies!!!

We eat strangely at the Bear’s Den, mostly due to the Bear himself:
We used to eat Supper at 5PM, when Bear Jr was home & in school.
Then once he left, since I’m always hungry earlier, I managed to work that back to about 4PM.
So when we’re having a “First Night Supper”, we both eat at about 4PM.

However when it’s 2nd or 3rd night reheats, I sometimes heat mine up around 3PM, for hunger reasons.
Then Mrs Bear will go for hers around the usual 4PM.
That’s one of the reasons we use the Microwave so often, because we only heat up enough meat for one or two Sammies at a time.

So I put enough meat in a bowl for one or two Sammies, whichever I’m having at the time.

This time, I decided I was going to have One Sammy in a Burger Roll, and one in a small Steak Roll. (getting rid of the last Steak Roll)
So I put some of Jeff’s Awesome BBQ Sauce on the Kaiser Roll, and some of Mrs Bear’s BBQ Sauce on the Steak Roll.
Then I nuked up the Pulled Pork & filled those Sammies for the first Night’s Supper.

I’ll explain the following night’s meals in the captions above the Pics, below:

Thanks For the Visit !!

Great looking sandwich Bear! It’s been way to long since I’ve had a PP sandwich. Yours has me wanting one!

I always make a bunch and break it down into small enough portions for our family of three. Then I vacuum seal them and throw them in freezer bags.

Those all looks great Bear. Great use of leftover PP. The Mrs. doesn't like it too much, so I only get to make it 2-3 times a year. I love it, so I make it last as long as possible when we do have it. I'd gladly take any of those off your hands anytime.

Looks good John, I could down a few of those

Point for sure
