Hi all, I've been grilling and cooking for a long time. I now have been bitten by the smoke bug. I jumped in and bought a cheap little chief before doing any research. Luckily, I wanted to start with jerky and fish so I'm going to do my best with what I have. When I start to get a handle on that, I will upgrade. I know I'm going to make mistakes (nobody's perfect), I'm prepared to learn from them as well as anybody else that is willing to share their trials and tribulations. My two main hobbies are cooking and photography, I plan on combining them and sharing whatever I create, good or bad. Ofcourse I'm hoping for good but you never know. Cheers!
