I have been smoking about a month now and everything is going well so far, the only problem I have is with how long my wood chips smoke. I have had to revisit the "smokiness" every 15 minutes every time I have used my smoker. On average my wood chips last about 3 minutes and then it is nothing. I don't know how to get the smoke to come steady for a good amount of time and any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I use a brinkmann smoke-n-grill "ecb", i have done all the normal modifications to it and it has truly been the little smoker that could so far, but  when i add the wood chips they only smoke for a few minutes

Every 15 minutes would be a real hassle. My MES uses wood chips every 45 minutes and that's bad enough. An AMNPS is something that I think would make that a lot better.
