Couldn't do a corned beef/pastrami this year (the flu kept me down during the time) so I'm just having to repost last year's success!

Edit - OK, I checked the thread and now I gotcha. That is a bunch of prep. I honestly don't think I should be eating anymore cure....seems to mess up my finger joints.

I just reread that post, and it looked just as good as the last time I read it.

You take it easy, Pops. My 83 year old dad had his flu shot, but got one nasty strain that wasn't covered by it. He was down for 3 weeks and finally had to go to the hospital. He's okay now, but it was close.
