As the title says, was wanting something quick and pork chops were perfect.

Wife wanted to try grilled watermelon since the grill was hot.

As long as you salted those chops, there you go. Sweet and salty. Looks good. Not as good as what I’m having, but still good. Lol

I never even considered grilling watermelon. Figured it would be a disaster. How long did you leave it on the grill??

About 2 to 3 mins before rotating 90 degrees, then around 5 mins on the other side. I would suggest thick cuts.

Saw this when the wife mentioned doing it...

Thank you! I am getting better at that. I should use a bacon press in the future to get them more defined in the future.
