Bags were like 3.5 years old and vac sealed even.

Nepas do regular fibours casings go bad also?? when I go to the meat stores they are just sitting out on the racks, if so, how do I want to store them - Thanks Steve.

Not normally

After looking at my original pics i took while taking the casings off i am seeing the stick was mostly where the print was on the casings. Could the printing done something to the casings? Could have.

Oh well i trudge on.....EH
 
I'm brand new to all of this so could you please explain in terms that I can understand easily how you made your rolls such as temp to cook it at what type of meat what type of grind and about cure and how to properly use it-tks
