Just saw this nice events trailer today and took a couple pics.
Man was cooking up some brisket and pork shoulder in a parking lot. Said he went and picked up this fat boy and the trailer was made in Tennessee.

He said the temps fluctuate bottom to top but are good side to side. I can see why. it's so big in diameter. also he can maintain 150 in the warmer box.
