Hi all. My name is Ron and I am relatively new to smoking. I live in one of the most beautiful places on earth in North Vancouver, British Columbia, a suburb of just north of Vancouver. At the beginning of January 2015 I bought a Bradley 6 rack electric smoker which I have used 3 times already. With the latest smoke being a 6.5 Lb pork shoulder that I pulled for the Super Bowl for 10 friends. I have pictures which I'll post a bit later. It is from the Bradley FB page that I learned about Smoking-Meat.com and I'm glad I did. The wealth of information and archived recipes are fantastic. Many thanks Jeff for the 5 chapter ecourse and for being so hard on spammers and I will resist on putting up a picture of a can of Spam. Now off to learn more about smoking.
