Burgers and dogs with a salmon appetizer.
Started with the grind. Chuck, tri-tip, and rib meat. Added some pork belly fat and some bacon end pieces.

Just shy of 10lbs. Pattied them up in 6oz patties and 4oz balls. 6oz grilled and 4oz smashed total of 32. Missed pics (fail 1)
Started heating up (Maria), R2D2, and the griddle.

This is where it went south. Rain storm!
Had to reset and move everything including R2D2.

Blackened some of my dogs and sausage during the move and just starting some pork belly strips.

Final fail! I was so busy trying to catch up and keep dinner on time? I missed any more pics.

Thanks for the likes!
R2D2 is going to get some upgrades with some handles and wheels. Moving a 300-degree smoker was no fun. Well, it had cooled to below 250 when I moved it.

Overall, looks like a win to me. My fail was I didnt grill or smoke anything. had contractors here all day working on the house=boring.

Looks like you cooked those dogs perfect to me. Your also way nicer to your guests then me, I would have fed them store bought burger.

It would not be a decent get-together if something didn't pop up. The food looks good. I've eaten plenty of burned hotdogs. They're still good.
