Thanks for posting that video, Dan. Very entertaining and mouthwatering. Plus, I got a great idea from it, too; using coconut milk as a fried chicken wash. With Covid, buttermilk has been hard to find in my area at my preferred grocer. I ALWAYS have full fat coconut milk I use in my coffee.

I thought that was pretty interesting as well I'm not a milk drinker so the cans of coconut milk peaked my interests also. And I actually have a few cans in the pantry from making vegan scones for my aunt.
 
Always cool to see Kosher stuff ty for sharing. I was just checking a Latke recipe last night lol. I also do a Smoked Cauliflower dish I got from an Israeli Chefs blog. Mazel Tov.
