It is beef short ribs meat sliced off and marinated and grilled.  It was good just like I remember back when I was a young soldier in Seoul.

I was in Seoul yrs ago, but I don't remember it!  Dang SoJu.  Makes my head hurt thinking about it.

That don't look like Kalbi (short ribs) it looks like Bulgogi (which is thin sliced rib eye marinated)... But I love it all... Especially Kim Chi!!!!!!

Yea that place cuts them real thin you should see how thin they slice the Bulgolgi
