Kinda new and ready for ideas

Hey everyone! My name is Cheryl and I have a smoking addiction. I'm in southern Ontario Canada and I'm not afraid to grill and smoke in the snow. My husband got a vertical smoker a few years ago for his birthday and I saw pictures of food and decided I needed to try it myself. A few beer can burgers and fatties later.... my husbands birthday rolled around again and this year I decided I wanted an electric smoker... for him, lol! It's a masterforge 30" electric. Basically an offbrand MES. I found this forum and O.M.G. the pictures.. so hungry. I'm here and likely to stay!!
