Kind of new to good smoked Q

Hi, I'm Byron from Pueblo, Co., and I used to have a little electric bullet years ago, but was never happy with the results so it went to the curb.  Right now, I have built and used a few times, a mini WSM (thanks to lots of excellent guidance from this forum).  Decided I needed just a bit bigger capacity, so I'm in the process of building a heavily modded bullet from 2 ECBs I picked up at yard sales.  I look forward to all the great, friendly advice!
