I have really enjoyed smoking up beef lately. I am a hawg meat kinda guy and have not smoked much beef. Things have changed for sure. Threw down on a grilled Tri Tip Saturday on the Weber Kettle and Hickory smoked giant beef ribs on the stick burner Sunday. Happy with both. I have learned that simple just may be better. Montreal steak seasoning on the Tri Tip and All Purpose Seasoning with a bunch of black pepper on the ribs. No wrap on the ribs. Happy with the results. Take care and keep on smokin!!

Looks great. Perfectly cooked and juicy too. I'm sure it was delicious. Thanks for sharing.

Those look mighty good from where I'm sitting.

Point for sure
Chris

My first beef rib was like some kind of spiritual experience lol. For real man aren’t they tasty?! That tri tips money too.

The beef ribs look fantastic, but it looks to me like you cut the TT with the grain instead of against it. If so it wouldn’t be nearly as tender. But it could just be the photo!
Still everything looks delicious!!

Thank you Al! It's just the way the pic looks. Fork tender. Every time I grill one I have to look up the proper way to slice it! HaHaHa!!
