Nice cook. Love the color on those birds. I’ve been wanting to build a rotisserie for my kettle. This just may give me the push I needed.

Spun to perfection!
Do tell on the sauce @BGKYSmoker and @chopsaw .
Bachans is a sauce that i found a few years ago online. Back then it was just online order but now i can get at krogers. Its pretty good, sorta like teriyaki, soy sauce type.

Tomorrow is grocery day . Gonna grab those 2 .

Great color on those birds Rick.

Point for sure
Chris

Thanks everyone.

I can't recall the last time I had rotisserie anything - except maybe gyros - and those chickens look about perfect to me.

Late to the party here Rick! Those birds look top notch… nice job! How do you like the duck fat spray?
