My name is Kellen Sivcovich. I’m 24 and have had a passion for smoking and grilling meat for many years. I’m from Orange, California and have lived here all my life. I have had the opportunity to travel around the US to sample different meats. I use a Traeger smoker. My favorite thing to smoke is bratwurst. Most people I have met have never tried smoked bratwurst.
